Our ODM valve block production utilizes premium-grade alloys tailored to mechanical stress levels. Manifolds designed for pressure limits up to 450 bar are machined from solid steel billets (typically C45 or 42CrMo4) or high-density ductile iron (GGG40/50) to prevent internal micro-cracks or fluid seepage under severe pressure spikes. For weight-critical systems like aerospace platforms or lightweight portable equipment, we utilize hard-anodized 7075-T6 grade aluminum.
